Not sure where to start
Start with the Signature.
You don't need to know the difference between Swedish and deep tissue, and you don't need to arrive with a plan. The Signature Massage moves between the two — Kelsy warms and prepares the tissue, then works deeper into areas of tension, restriction or discomfort.
It's the most adaptable session on the menu, and the only one offered at every length, so it fits whether you have half an hour or two.

Meet your therapist
Kelsy has been doing this since 2009.
It felt like a calling.
She has been curious about the human body for a long time — how it holds tension, how it compensates, and how much better people feel when something finally lets go. She continues her massage education every year, because there is always more to learn about the body.
Her work sits between therapeutic and relaxing. She warms and prepares tissue first, then works gradually deeper into areas of tension or restriction, rather than running the same routine on everyone.
Mostly, she listens. Pressure, technique and pacing all get adjusted to you. She is happy to talk if you want to talk, and she will give you quiet if that is what you came for.
In her clients’ words.
“Kelsy gives the best massages. I can’t recommend her enough. She really cares and listens to what her clients want and need. She’s super sweet and one of a kind.”
Elisabeth E “I have received extensive massage therapy from many massage therapists around the country and Kelsy is by far the best! Truly a blessing!”

First time?
Nothing about this should feel intimidating.
You arrive
Come as you are. There is no dress code and nothing to prepare beforehand.
You talk it through
Kelsy asks what is going on — what hurts, what you do all day, what you want out of the hour. This is the part that shapes everything else.
You stay covered
You undress only to your level of comfort and stay draped the whole time. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.
You speak up any time
Too much pressure, too little, too cold, a spot to skip — say so. Kelsy would genuinely rather you told her.
