First visit
What your first visit looks like.
If you have not had a massage before — or not had one with Kelsy — here is what to expect.
You arrive
Come as you are. There is no dress code and nothing to prepare beforehand.
You talk it through
Kelsy asks what is going on — what hurts, what you do all day, what you want out of the hour. This is the part that shapes everything else.
You stay covered
You undress only to your level of comfort and stay draped the whole time. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.
You speak up any time
Too much pressure, too little, too cold, a spot to skip — say so. Kelsy would genuinely rather you told her.
Arrive 10 minutes early
If it is your first visit, come ten minutes before your appointment time. That is enough to finish the paperwork without eating into your massage.
What you will fill out
Three short forms, on paper, when you arrive:
- A health intake form
- A cancellation policy form
- A parental or minor consent form, where that applies

- Tuesday–Thursday
- 1:30–5:00 PM
By appointment.
Paying
Payment is normally taken after your massage. Kelsy accepts Square, Venmo, cash and check. Gift certificates are available — ask her about them.

Street parking is available along Meade Ave. Enter through the iron Chapman gate, then use the first door into the building. Go directly upstairs; Kelsy’s office is on the right at the very end of the hall.

Kelsy’s office is located upstairs in the Chapman Building and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator or stair-free entrance.
